From Zero to Stage Victory in 1 Year
Anna’s journey to the stage began in 2019 after the birth of her second child. Like many women, she struggled with excess weight and tried different approaches: working with coaches, following strict programs, and going through multiple transformations.
Most of these methods relied on extreme dieting. While they delivered short-term results, the weight consistently returned once the system ended. It became a repetitive cycle of starting over again and again.
In 2023, Anna began developing her own approach. She focused on building a sustainable system: tracking progress, documenting changes, and refining each step. This approach eventually became what is now known as the Bril Method.
Through this process, she not only transformed her body but also stepped onto the competitive stage and began winning.

2024 NPC Janet Layug's Battle Of The Bodies
After one year of following her own method and structured training, Anna Bril stepped onto the competitive stage for the first time.
On October 9, 2024, she competed at the NPC Janet Layug’s Battle of the Bodies in Fort Lauderdale, Florida , marking her official debut in competitive bodybuilding.

1st Place — Open Bikini Class
1st Place — Novice Bikini
3rd Place — Masters 35+ Bikini

2024 NPC AMATEUR OLYMPIA
LAS VEGAS
Just one month later, Anna stepped onto a much bigger stage the Amateur Olympia.
Following the success of her debut, expectations were high. However, the transition from first victories to a major international competition required a different level of preparation, both physically and mentally.
On stage, she recognized that she was not in her peak condition. This experience highlighted the importance of precision, discipline, and consistency at the highest level of competition.
Results:
10th Place — Open Bikini Class
8th Place — Masters 35+ Bikini
This competition became a turning point , not a setback, but a critical lesson that helped refine the Bril Method and elevate it to the next level.

2025 NPC Worldwide Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding Championships
Just four months after the Amateur Olympia, Anna returned to the stage with a completely refined approach.
After analyzing her previous performance, she adjusted her training, optimized nutrition, and strengthened both physical and mental preparation.
On February 27, 2025, she competed at the Arnold Classic Amateur one of the most prestigious events in the industry.
Results:
1st Place — Masters 35+ Bikini
Overall Champion — Arnold Classic Amateur 2025
This victory marked a defining moment in her career — proving that a structured, disciplined, and sustainable approach can lead to the highest level of achievement.

On November 21, 2025, Anna competed at the NPC Masters USA Championships in Las Vegas — entering the stage in her best physical condition to date.
